The Big J - Book Signing

As part of the Milngavie Book & Arts Festival the Milngavie Bookshop will play host to Andrew Murray Scott who will be signing copies of The Big J.
Andrew Murray Scott's fourth novel, The Big J, is a humorous and often poignant rites-of-passage tale set on the spectacular North East coast,described by one reader as 'the cast of Gregory's Girl meets Local Hero'.
Andrew's first novel, Tumulus, won the first Dundee Book Prize in 1999 and is listed in 'The Other Hundred' of 100 Best Scottish Books of all Time -The List, 2005.
A former journalist, and the author of ten nonfiction books,includingseveral biographies, Andrew combines novel-writing with work as a press officer.
